Sri Galeshwar Temple,Beni,Myagdi District

Galeshwor Temple, located in Beni, Myagdi District, is a sacred Hindu site established on a massive, singular Chakra-Shila (wheel-stamped stone) at the confluence of the Kali Gandaki and Rahu rivers. It is believed to be where Goddess Sati devi’s throat fell ,making it a powerful temple. It’s said to be a self manifested Shiva linga.
